Yoga Session at Seth Anandram Jaipuria Schooladmin

A few minutes of Yoga during the day can be a great way to get rid of stress that accumulates daily in both the body and mind. Yoga postures, Pranayama and meditation are effective techniques to release stress. Meditation is Relaxation which gives calm mind, good concentration and Rejuvenation of the body and mind.
In view of this, Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Lucknow has conducted a one day Yoga Session. The session started with a basic introduction of Yoga and light warm-up. Then followed by practicing Sun Salutation and meditation.
A total of 300 people joined the session. They enjoyed the session fully and were greatly benefitted.
