A lot of life lessons are learnt from sports. Being passionate, having the right attitude & the importance of goal setting to name a few. The weeklong activities of the ’Fitness Week’ at SAJS Lucknow, culminated on the 19th of December 2020 with various recreational games being conducted across classes by the sports teachers.
The day started with some warm up & stretching exercises. Post that the students played a game of ‘Hitting the target’ and calculated their points after the finish time. The enthusiasm of the children was praiseworthy.
The morning planned with some easy to play games at home brought a smile to their faces and each one of them thoroughly enjoyed. They were told to take care of their health and be physically fit during this tough time of the global pandemic.
