Kite Festival is one of India’s most enjoyable events that is celebrated with much vigor and joy. To let the students, know more about the significance of this day, Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Lucknow organized a Collaborative session with Birla Public School, Doha, Qatar as a part of the International British School project where the students of both the schools got an opportunity to exchange information related to the reason and the ways in which the Kite festival is celebrated in the two countries.

The session was filled with excitement and fun. The students from both sides spoke confidently about the festivals and the rituals followed in their countries. They utilized the platform at their best, for showcasing their cultures, cuisines, dance performances, mesmerizing monologues, and much more. Ms. Aadya Kheterpal a student of class V A of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School bowled to everyone with her singing talent. A Bihu dance performance by Ms. Shreya Ganguli Upadhyay of class IV C, and a short Quiz conducted by Ms. Rida Zaheer and Master Tenzin Gyatso Joshialso of class IV had all the audience actively participating and students of both the schools outshining.

Vote of Thanks was proposed by Master Ramesht Mishra of class IV B, which was followed by exchanging of greeting between the teachers of the two schools and they promised to organize more such events in future to strengthen the bond of friendship further.
