Class Presentation II Badmin
‘Speak to your children as if they are the wisest, kindest, most beautiful and magical humans on the earth, for what they believe is what they’ll become.’
With this quote the Class Presentation of grade II B kickstarted on 7th day of February 2020 in the Assembly hall of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School.
The Program started by lighting of the lamp by our Principal Mrs. Poonam Kochitty, Headmistress Mrs. Monika Taneja and Headmaster Mr. Pankaj Rathore. Followed by this the young ones gave a gift to God through a melodious prayer song ‘A Gift to You’. The entire class was the part of this prayer.
The soulful prayer sung beautifully by the kids set the mood. It was followed by another English number ‘Change My Heart’.
The Classical Dance was one of the programmes liked by the parents where Lavanya Pal came up and spoke about the Mudras with action. A group of girls performed on the song ‘Atma Rama…’
The dance concluded with a formation of Lord Vishnu.
A motivational poem ‘Lehro se Darr ke…’ was powerfully recited by Aradhya Mishra. Next was Power Point Presentation ‘Our Journey’ which showcased all the activities that took place in the session 2019-20. Divyanshu, Vanshika, Shivika and Virat were among the few who came up and shared their experience.
Being the first ever Microsoft school in Lucknow a programme on technology was essential. So Lavanya Pal, Areeb Khan, Vivanta Sharma and Aradhya Mishra showcased new tools of technology like Merge cube, Argumented Reality and Photo Editing which was strongly appreciated.
Elocution is a regular feature at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School that helps the learners to develop clear diction and expression. The students recited ‘Are Elephants Real?’ in English and ‘Mom Ko Mai Tang Karu, Ya Dad Se Mai Jung Karu’ in Hindi. Both the poems were enjoyed and applauded by the audience.
The Hindi song ‘Tere sansar me’ sung in a harmonious way gave a real life connect.
The Skit ‘Believe in yourself’ presented by a group of children gave a message of self-respect and self-esteem.
The parents were acquainted with the S.E.L Tools where twelve children came up and spoke about the tools. Details of the same was shared by our Special Educator Ms Tarandeep.
Bhavesh Sharma spoke in fluent Punjabi while Bhavya Sharma performed a solo song which was outstanding
The programme ended with the Grand Finale on a foot tapping number Tick Tock.
In the end the Principal Mrs. Poonam Kochitty spoke to the parents throwing light on the right parenting skills and advised them to inculcate reading habits in their children. She also told them that each child should have a rich library at home rather than toys and gadgets. She spoke about monitoring T.V viewing of the children and also about travelling and spending quality time with them. The talk by the Principal acted as ‘food for thought’ for the parents.
