Christmas Celebrations in the Hostel
The essence of a festival is when it is celebrated with our loved ones. Christmas Celebration with the boarders of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School was a perfect example of this.
The day started with a regular routine but as it went on,we started feeling the festivities in the air. For breakfast we had Khasta and Jalebi followed by some recreational activities and after that we had our favourite movie watching time with snacks – Popcorn, Cream Rolls and Coffee.
In the evening, we all enjoyed and sang our favourite songs around the bonfire. The best part of the celebration was the cake cutting followed by the delicious Sarson da Saag and Makke di Roti.
All this made us feel as if we were just in a home away from home.This Christmas celebration will forever be etched in our memories.
I extend my gratitude to the Hostel Admin, Priyanka Khanna Ma’am, Hostel Warden, Sachin Sir and Yogesh Sir for arranging such an eventful day for us.
