‘Start and Grow’

You all must have ideas but it is not easy to convert them into reality. Due to inherent challenges in the start-up journey, most of the ideas don’t reach to commercialization.  Our institute’s philosophy and culture regularly provide opportunities to the students to showcase their critical analytical skills by solving the real-time business problems. Start and Grow event was organized by Institute of innovation council and IQAC of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad on 29 May 2021. The event took through Zoom Platform. IIC and IQAC targeted primarily the students who are having entrepreneurial mind-set and able to understand the basics of entrepreneurship. Moreover, the purpose of this event was to orient the students to identify the issues in the start-up journey and explore the reasons behind the success and failure of the start-ups. In this event, both types of case studies have been discussed: Success and failure stories. Case studies based on successful journey of entrepreneurs gave the enthusiasm and inspiration to students while failure in start-ups provided new horizons of thinking as failure is not the opposite of success but a part of success.
