Tree Plantation by the students of class I&II
A famous quote reads “Imagine if trees gave off Wi-Fi signals” we had been planting so many trees, we had probably saved the planet.
A tree plantation drive was recently carried out by the students of class 1 and 2 to create awareness and spread the message of saving our planet- ‘Protecting our environment is the need of an hour.’ Students brought different types of saplings and planted them outside the school campus.
The importance of trees in contributing to the environment by providing oxygen improving air quality, conserving water, preserving soil, supporting wild life and providing shelter, medicine and tools was explained to students on the occasion.
The students participated in the tree plantation drive with great zeal and enthusiasm and thus made it successful. They pledged to spread the awareness for growing more trees. A little efforts made by each of us can make a huge difference to the overall environment of Earth.
