A Natural Water Purification System Using Wetland Plants (Back To Nature: Bringing Natural System into the Urban Life Style) To put its best foot forward in conserving water the school is using unique water purification system of constructed wetlands for water reuse and recycling, inspired by nature. This system is also highly appreciated at CBSE Science Exhibition and Prakritimela, Paryavaran Mitra award by centre for environment Education. it also fetched us the Green Ribbon award. This is a minimal power requirement, low capital cost, simple construction, low maintenance technology, helping us in Reuse/recycle, avoiding contamination in water bodies; it’s a decentralized approach for reducing pressure on civic bodies.
