Anandiben Patel, Hon&#8217;ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh;<\/span>\n<span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">Shri Satish Mahana &#8211; Hon&#8217;ble Speaker of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly; Shri Rakesh Sachan, Hon&#8217;ble Minister for Handloom and Textiles, Govt. of UP; and Shri Ramesh Awasthi, Hon&#8217;ble MP of Kanpur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">Insightful addresses by Smt.
