It was a moment of immense honour for the Jaipuria Computer Club when His Excellency, the Honourable President of India- Shri Ram Nath Kovind Ji, officially unveiled the Comfest 2017 Brochure presented to him by Vikunth Chandra and Kushagra Agarwal of the JCC. Also present at the occasion alongside the First Lady of India were the Governor of UP- Shri Ram Naik, the Chief Minister- Shri Yogi Adityanath, the Deputy CM- Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya, along with other prominent MPs, MLAs, senior IPS and IAS officers of Kanpur and Lucknow.

Best School Award 2017

Fourth consecutive year when the proud Jaipurians bag the Education World Survey. Best School Award 2017. Seth Anandram Jaipuria School was adjudged the Best School of the city and 3rd Best School in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The Principal Mrs. Shikha Banerjee and HOD Computer Mr. Manish Seksaria attended the award ceremony held at New Delhi on September 23, 2017.

The Principal gave the credit of achievement to the students, parents and the faculty in a Press Conference held in School. Her eyes were filled with extreme joy and pride while showing the citation and the certificate.

The 10th edition of the World Education Summit 2017, organized by Digital Learning, was held at the Le Meridian Hotel in New Delhi on 11th -12th August. It was attended by the headmistress, Mrs. Madhushree Bhaumik and HOD Social Studies, Mrs. Kavita Ojha Tewari. There were three sessions on different aspects of education each day, like the role of teachers, role of technology in teaching, early education, future of education in India. Delegates from 120 countries attended the summit.

Excellence of our Students in CSE organized Competitions

A team of 10 students escorted by Mr. Arun Verma participated in a competition on “Save Dolphin- Save Ganges” organized by Centre for Environment Education at Zoological Park, Kanpur on 13th April 2017. It was an environment awareness program with a theme of protection of aquatic National Animal fresh water Dolphin in Holy River Ganges and Clean Ganga. The students did very well and bagged a few prizes:

In order to foster a spirit of globalism in its pupils, Seth Anandram Jaipuria School always strives to provide them with the best opportunities possible to make them better global citizens. In keeping with this, the school participated in a Model United Nations Conference hosted by Delhi Public School, Kalyanpur, on 2nd and 3rd September.

Under the umbrella of an MUN, students represent their allotted nations and are delegates of the same. They are expected to put forth their nation’s views and come up with an amicable solution to the crisis at hand. Their diplomatic skills and innovative proficiency are put to test.

30 students represented the school at the Conference out of which 9 succeeded in bagging awards. They were accompanied by Mrs. Manisha Dwivedi and Mrs. Saba Ahmad from the Social Studies Department. The meritorious students are as under:-
